Product Details
One bag (15 oz) of Flaxseed is a month's supply for an adult at about two tablespoonsful per day. Unopened, the flax remains fresh in the vacuum-sealed bag for over a year from packing (even well past the future expiry date on the bag). After opening, it should be resealed and kept in the refrigerator. ( Read about this product )
Those with sensitivity or inflammation in the digestive tract should start gradually with any flaxseed, perhaps a teaspoonful per day for the first week. Then work up in steps to 2 tablespoonsful.
One bag (26 oz) of Wheat Germ is a two month's supply for one adult at about two tablespoonsful per day. For maximum freshness, store the Wheat Germ in the freezer, both before and after opening the vacuum-packed bag. The bag is stamped with the date of packing. Unopened, the product is good for about two or three months if NOT frozen (avoiding heat); and for many months if frozen.
One jar (10.5 oz) of Delicious Greens 8000TM is a month's supply for one adult at one 10 g. scoop per day. It would be best to keep it refrigerated after opening. ( Read about this product )

If you have not received your order within an appropriate time, contact us so we can check on it.

NOTE: The shipping charges below are for PRIORITY MAIL (except for some full case orders) to destinations in the U.S. (If you would like an order shipped to Canada, or another nation CLICK HERE for that page.)
The U.S. Postal Service's "flat rate" Priority Mail boxes provide a very reasonable postage cost on most orders of multiple items. We can fit up to 8 bags of flax; 4 flax & 2 wheat germ; 2 flax, 1 wheat germ & 2 jars of greens; 12 bags of flax; or several other combinations in a flat rate Priority Mail box.
Combo case orders may be shipped to you in two flat rate Priority Mail boxes or in one box by Parcel Post, whichever is most suitable.
In any case, allow several days for the order to arrive.
Full case orders of wheat germ, due to weight and inventory limits, may be sent directly from the packing plant in Canada by Parcel Post (allow up to 2 weeks).
